These terms and conditions govern your use of our repair, IT support, and installation services. By engaging Henley Computer Repairs you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Henley Computer Repairs provides repair, upgrade, IT support, and installation services for computers, laptops, Apple devices, mobile phones, and network equipment. We reserve the right to refuse any job that we consider unsafe, illegal, or outside our competencies.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Any estimate provided is indicative only and subject to change upon further diagnosis. We will contact you before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate. Published prices on our website are correct at time of publication but may change without notice.

3. Data & Backups

You are responsible for backing up your own data before handing in any device. While we take every care, Henley Computer Repairs cannot be held liable for any data loss that occurs during the course of a repair or service. We strongly recommend that all data is backed up prior to any work being carried out.

4. Warranty

Parts supplied and fitted by Henley Computer Repairs carry a 90-day warranty against defective parts and workmanship. This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or faults unrelated to the original repair. Labour charges may apply for warranty repairs where the fault is found to be unrelated to our original work.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon collection or completion of the service. We accept cash and bank transfer. Devices will not be released until payment has been received in full. Uncollected devices held for more than 90 days may be disposed of to cover outstanding costs, with reasonable notice given.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of income, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Third-Party Parts

Where original manufacturer parts are unavailable, we may use high-quality compatible parts. We will always inform you of this before proceeding. Using third-party parts may affect manufacturer warranties on your device.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
